JB Couriers

Never had an Amazon delivery from a non UPS/Fedex/USPS driver. Adam was great! He contacted me and made sure that he could delivery it properly and gave me an estimate on when it would arrive and it came just in time!!

JB Couriers is fast, friendly, and reliable! I work for a printing company in Souther California and sometimes we need to send orders out on cargo and have a courier delivery the products to the customer. I called and spoke with Jason, who quickly gave me a quote and the quote was cheaper than others in the area. This order was very time sensitive and needed to be delivered 75 miles from Sacramento. Another company told me it wouldn't be there until 7 but JB Couriers delivered it before 5. I felt like a high priority to this company throughout the whole process. I extremely recommend using this company!!

Jason (owner I think) did a proof of service for us and it went exactly as he said it would. If Jason had been a little more prompt in returning email so as to keep us up to speed on our request, which was a little out of the ordinary in that we had Jason file the proof of service with the court, then it would have made us a little more comfortable. It was a new process for us, one we didn't understand thoroughly and one where we were getting close to the deadline for providing these proofs of service. Jason did everything he said he would do, it just happened a little later than we expected and as a result of not hearing from Jason for a couple days it caused some unnecessary (in my opinion) anxiety on our end. It all went through just as Jason said it would though and we did find him to be professional and courteous.
